Totally Disgusted but Getting Better…
So, I haven’t posted anything since the election. I was just so totally disgusted about the results and the implications for the next four years. I have already tried to pull my 401K but unless I leave my job I have to keep that money where it is. But, that doesn’t mean I have to keep putting money in it. Looking at putting everything in an IRA Money Market. Just in case I have to make a run for it. Also, a little concerned that my job may be in jeopardy once the new banking regulations come into play. Does anyone else have a fear that their jobs will be gone once the new tax hikes go into place or Obama care starts? Well, I have decided to start focusing on what I really need to do to plan for a future for my family. Which means, I will be couponing like crazy and checking out every sale I can find. Btw, I have also been reminded that Thrift stores and Consignment shops ROCK!!! Anything I can do to save a dime. Then I am going to go bury those dimes in the back yard.

Now you will no longer have to keep up with little bits of paper when you shop at Rite Aid. Their Up rewards are loaded directly on to your card. Personally I am still getting use to this but I do like not having to try to remember where I put that receipt. You can if you don’t like the idea of having your reward automatically loaded change it back. You just have to log into your online account and change the settings

Yes I know I haven’t been keeping everyone up with all the GREAT deals that have been going on around town. I was at the Target @ Bel-Air Mall the other day and they have had a change to their coupon policy. They are only accepting 4 coupons per TRANSACTION. Which means that if you are doing a buy 3 get a $5 GC then you can only use 4 coupons max for that transaction. Even if you Target coupons says you can use up to 4 identical coupons per transaction.
ex:
3 Stayfree pads $2.89
Use:
3 $2/1 Stayfree products
1 $1/1 Stayfree product Target
Unable to do:
3 $2/1 Stayfree products
3 $1/1 Stayfree products Target
So, if you are doing a GC deal or any other deal make sure you keep within the 4 coupons per transaction. You may have to break up your purchase into two transactions to save you the trips.
Remember to use your recyclable bags for a $.05 credit.
